Is changing the appearance of a complex of many offices on the same floor difficult for the Owners? - The answer is “No” with the companionship of Co-IDB Team.

Typically, a recent customer of Co-IDB Team - an expert in the chemical field. SurTec looked to Co-IDB to come up with solutions to renovate the workspace, redesign the entire office, and especially put the brand's spirit into the design. SurTec is the Vietnam-based enterprise of Freudenberg Group - a long-standing business group in Germany. Co-IDB does nothing but strive to satisfy this "sophisticated and careful guest".

In addition to the urgent progress, requirements and high standards of completion from customers, Co-IDB Team also encountered a special construction time: close to Tet and lasted until the long holiday. However, let's see the product and evaluate the results of the whole Team!

Suctec office before renovation

Located at Phuong Nam Building on Vo Thi Sau Street, Surtec Office has a total area of more than 230 m2. However, the current office layout makes the space look small and narrow. In the office, there is also a lack of trees that make the office somewhat stuffy.
The existing ceiling-floor fit-out is also severely degraded. The tight plaster walls make the office look very small.
In addition, this customer needs a lot of records, but the current number of cabinets is not enough to meet the needs of use. File cabinets using transparent glass make the overall look messy and unsightly.
The whole office has only 1 small corner (left corner of the current picture) is the dining and printing area for employees. With the number of more than 20 employees, it is not enough to use.

"Transformation" for Surtec - 3D Perspective

Through the time of discussion, research and proposal with the Client, the Co-IDB design team has turned Surtec into a modern office, bearing the typical colors of the Surtec Brand. The office has two main colors, White and accents on some walls, details in Blue. Co-IDB has added tree drawers in the staff's desk complexes to add vitality to the office, creating a comfortable feeling when working.
Co-IDB also proposed demolishing the drywall and replacing it with glass walls and decorating with decals cut with the Brand Name.
Within the customer's budget, Co-IDB also reused some interior parts such as chairs, tables, cabinets,...
The highlight of this new design must be the Pantry, the circular dining table and the flower-like chairs stand out in the middle of the space. Co-IDB also designed a high table close to the glass to take advantage of the view overlooking the streets of Saigon. The row of trees hanging down from the ceiling is also a beautiful corner for the whole space.

So after 25 days of construction, Team Surtec had a completely new and desired workspace.
During the consulting and construction process, Surtec also wants to have a lot of trees in the office but is afraid to take care of it. They also worry that the "Fake Tree" looks too "fake".
However, Co-IDB has exceeded expectations, the tree looks very real and if you don't touch it, you will not recognize it.

Trong phòng ngủ, Co-IDB đã thiết kế một không gian nghỉ ngơi vô cùng đặc biệt. Việc tích hợp phòng tắm có vách kính thêm một chút lãng mạn trong khi vẫn duy trì sự riêng tư, nhờ vào rèm cửa được thiết kế tinh tế. Kế phòng tắm là một phòng thay đồ sang trọng, với tủ kính mờ màu đen, mang đến sự chuyển tiếp nhanh chóng từ việc tắm rửa sang việc lựa chọn trang phục. Hơn nữa, phòng ngủ bao gồm một bàn làm việc được phân cách thông minh để đảm bảo không gian nghỉ ngơi và làm việc không xâm phạm lẫn nhau.

Cầu thang

Thường bị bỏ qua trong các thiết kế khác, cầu thang tại Danno Villa là minh chứng cho sự chú tâm đến từng chi tiết của Co-IDB. Cầu thang được cấu tạo bằng gỗ và hệ thống đèn tích hợp, đảm bảo sự an toàn và tao nhã. Gầm cầu thang được Co-IDB biến tấu trở thành một khu vườn nhỏ để tránh lãng phí không gian.

Phòng tắm

Phòng tắm tại Danno Villa được thiết kế vượt ra khỏi công năng truyền thống của nó. Được tạo ra như một nơi thư giãn riêng tư, không gian này hòa mình với thiên nhiên thông qua việc kết hợp ánh sáng tự nhiên, cây xanh, cùng bồn rửa bằng đá. Đây nơi người ta có thể gột rửa mọi muộn phiền và tìm thấy bình yên trong bầu không khí tĩnh lặng.
