This company is renowned for providing strategic development solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. As the the industry involves frequent client meetings and collaborative sessions, VK SOHO required an office space that is not only modern and impressive but also highly functional.

The challenge was to design a modern, impressive space that not only reflected the company’s innovative spirit but also provided the functionality required for a high-paced consulting environment. The office design had to be versatile, allowing for both open collaboration and private discussions, while also integrating elements that promote creativity and well-being.

When we began working with VK SOHO, we took the time to dive deep into what makes their business tick. VK SOHO needed a workspace that’s not just modern and impressive but also flexible and open—somewhere that naturally encourages connection and collaboration. That’s why we knew a co-working space concept would be just right for them.

Think of a co-working space as a friendly, flexible environment where people can work together or on their own. It’s designed to be open and adaptable, with different areas like shared desks, meeting rooms, quiet corners, and all the modern perks—think high-speed internet, printers, and comfy spots to relax. The main idea behind this design is to create a space that’s not only efficient but also sparks creativity and connection.

01 Flexible and Efficient
Office Design

Flexibility is crucial for meeting the various needs of different clients. We used movable walls and furniture that can be rearranged quickly, making it easy to switch between solo workstations, small group areas, and larger event spaces. This flexibility not only makes the most of the available space but also encourages creativity and teamwork among everyone in the office.

We also paid close attention to how the office is laid out. Quiet areas for focused work are placed in spots where there are fewer distractions, while open, spacious areas for group work are easy to reach, helping to promote communication and collaboration.

02 Equipping the Office
with the Latest
Technology

A great co-working space needs to be convenient and functional. In the VK SOHO office, we made sure to include the latest technology and modern equipment, like high-speed internet, printers, and photocopiers, to help employees work more efficiently. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with the latest tools, such as projectors and sound systems, to ensure that presentations and discussions run smoothly.

We also installed advanced lighting systems with different settings—bright white lights for work areas where focus is needed and warmer, softer lighting for relaxation zones. The office includes well-designed kitchen and lounge areas, offering a comfortable place for employees to unwind and recharge during breaks, with all the amenities they might need.

03 Bringing Nature
Indoors

Co-IDB made the most of natural light and added green spaces throughout the office. Indoor plants and small garden areas create a calming atmosphere, helping to reduce stress and improve mental well-being. These green elements also serve as beautiful design features that make the office more pleasant and functional.

Natural light is a key part of this green design. The office is filled with sunlight from large windows and skylights, creating a bright, inspiring environment that encourages creativity and innovation. This thoughtful use of nature and light helps create a welcoming office that connects employees with the outdoors.

04 Using Color
to Set
the Right Mood

At Co-IDB, aesthetics and creativity are key to great office design, especially in a co-working space. Colors not only represent the brand but also help set the tone for the office environment.

For the VK SOHO office, we carefully chose color schemes that match the company’s brand and goals. Bright and warm colors were used in shared spaces to encourage interaction and creativity, making these areas feel welcoming and collaborative. In contrast, we used neutral and cool tones in individual workstations and meeting rooms to create a calm and focused atmosphere.
