With our team of talented designers, Co-IDB provides high-end interior design renovation that skillfully blends form and function. RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

Project kickoff. Research into the purpose and objectives of the project and understanding our client from the start is key to a successful project.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Carry out design work in collaboration with client to gain sign off and proceed with pre-construction government approvals and site preparation.

CONSTRUCTION

Carry out site construction in accordance with the design and quality / time / safety / direction set out in initial project stages.

DEFECT

Carry out time defects while completing testing & commissioning, final approvals and prepare site for client move in.

HAND-OVER

Ongoing inspections and client check in to ensure client satiscation with space and provide ongoing maintenance if required.
